Only You can make the Choice to Change

Life is mostly about the choices that we make.If you choose to be happy you will do what it takes to make you happy, if you choose to be sad, you do not have to try hard at all. So which do you think is more rewarding?

Today, many physicians are puzzled by what has been happening for years in the medical profession. They are wondering about those patients who were supposed to die that are still alive and some have out-lived their doctors. There is obviously a power that is above all things. There is evidence based on research studies that many people are using more complimentary and alternative medicine (CAM) today more than ever before. The most recent study which can be found at www.cdc.gov indicates the same findings and that prayer was the one mostly used compared to the others. If you do not pray, we are not asking you to start if you do not want to. We are simply saying that the will power and determination we have to get things done is in us for a reason. If you are sick and believe that you will get well, your attitude is different than if you believe that you will not.

Starting today, you choose your attitude. You can choose a defeated attitude and stay miserable or you can choose a winning attitude and make the changes that you need to become a healthier person. Remember, it is not easy, if it was you would not be reading this!

Stop Weight Gain

First and foremost, stop the weight gain by creating a balance between the amount of food consumed and energy burned throughout a normal day. Our message is: eat to satisfy, move more and make it fun by using a pedometer to count your steps. Don’t just sit there, if you are able, get up and get moving right where you are one step at a time.
