Small Changes, Big Outcomes

Calling on Americans to be advocates for healthier lifestyles

Calling on America’s medical communities to lead the way.

Overview:
Promoting a healthier lifestyle among Americans.

Our Mission

Walk the Talk America (WTA) is committed to promoting healthier lifestyles among Americans by encouraging regular Physical Activity (PA) and balanced food consumption through public education and events. With increased Physical Activity (PA), smoking cessation, balanced eating and other healthier habits, Americans will live a more productive and better quality of life.

Our Vision

Our vision is a community where medical professionals, insurance carriers, faith based organizations, government agencies, public and private entities work together to reduce the obesity scourge, smoking, and preventable chronic diseases.

Stop Weight Gain

First and foremost, stop the weight gain by creating a balance between the amount of food consumed and energy burned throughout a normal day. Our message is: eat to satisfy, move more and make it fun by using a pedometer to count your steps. Don’t just sit there, if you are able, get up and get moving right where you are one step at a time.

Notice: Talk to your doctor before you start this or any other exercise program
